An obscure Swiss company, Center-Tainment, has made an unfriendly takeover offer for Euro Disney (traded on the Paris Stock Exchange under the symbol EDLP.PA), which is based in France and is partially owned by Walt Disney Company (traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol DIS). Center-Tainment (G6P.F) is traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
