Antigua and Barbuda Asking for Sanctions against US re Gambling

Antigua and Barbuda want $3.4 billion in sanctions from the United States because the U.S. is preventing the island country's banks and credit card firms from allowing payments for gambling sites outside the U.S., in violation of a World Trade Organization [WTO] agreement.
