Yahoo CTO 'Restricted' from working at Google or Microsoft

Footnoted.org discovered that Farzad 'Zod' Nazem, the Chief Technology Officer of Yahoo (YHOO), will be prohibited from exercising his stock options if he works for Google (GOOG) or Microsoft (MSFT).
