House for Sale: $165 million
How would you like to buy Hearst 'Castle'? Well now you can. The 29 bedroom Beverly Hills mansion which was owned by William Randolph Hearst and Marion Davies, is now on sale for $165 million. It also has three swimming pools and a movie theater.
Ah...one point of fact: The article refers to the slightly more accessible "Beverly House" in Beverly Hills, versus the Hearst Castle, located in San Simeon, which is almost exactly equidistant between SF and LA. :-)
Wow swimming Pool and music theaters Great!!! But price is also very steep. Hope there would be some discounts in its price in near features. Newport Realtors
