Man Forced to Sell Plane on eBay

An Australian man posted a 1946 World War II Wirraway airplane on eBay (EBAY) at a minimum bid of approximately $215,000, and when a bidder made the only bid, the seller backed out of the deal. Now a court has ruled that the seller must sell to the bidder. eBay trades on NASDAQ.
