Time to Invest in a Jail?

An Illinois county may be putting up an old jail for auction. This 1911 jail building will be sold if the Illinois Historical Preservation Society doesn't want it. A real estate investor could buy it and maybe convert it to a micro-apartment building, or even better, an exotic vacation getaway for the rich and famous.
