India Company Outsources to Ohio

Here is an item that came out about a month or so ago, which I had missed at the time. According to newsoftheweird.com, Tata Group (TTM), which trades on the New York Stock Exchange, the India auto manufacturer based in Mumbai, has outsourced many of their customer-service calls to a company in Ohio.
