GPS Phones Required for Students

The New Jersey based Montclair State University is now requiring their students to carry GPS cell phones operated by Sprint (S), which trades on the New York Stock Exchange. The students' tuition is increased by $420 to cover the cost of the service. What a way to keep track of the location of their students.
