Warren Buffett Setting Up Muni Insurance Company

Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway (BRK-A) is setting up a municipal bond insurance business, which is expected to receive approval from New York Insurance Department on Monday. The company will be in competition with MBIA (MBI) and Ambac (ABK).
