Flybe Airlines, which is partially owned by British Airways (BAIRY.PK), is
paying people to fly back and forth between Dublin and Norwich, in order to meet certain passenger numbers at Norwich Airport. If they don't meet those numbers, they will have to give up approximately $550,000 in rebates. The paid-to-fly flyers received about $70 each.
