Craigslist, the very popular online ad site, is a privately owned company. However, eBay (EBAY) owns a portion of the company, so if you own eBay, you own a part of Craigslist. Craigslist was just sued by eBay because it "unfairly diluted eBay's economic interest by more than 10%". No other information has been released.
