Is the Pink Sheets Company Planning to Go Public?

The quotation and trading company of many ADR's and many low priced stocks, Pink Sheets LLC, recently reported that they have changed their name to Pink OTC Markets Inc. They are switching from a Delaware limited liability company to a Delaware corporation. Does this mean a possible IPO may be on the horizon? Is Pink planning to go public? After all, almost $40 billion dollars of Pink Sheets and OTCQX stocks, bonds, and warrants were traded in the first quarter of 2008, according to their latest news release.
