Stock Market Circuit Breakers Delayed by SEC

The Securities & Exchange Commission has decided to delay for at least a week the implementation of the circuit breakers which are supposed to prevent flash crashes. The circuit breakers would be for individual stocks which would implement a five minute moratorium on trading for andy S&P 500 stock that moves more than 10%.
