Anti-Age Discrimination Law Goes Into Effect Oct 1 in UK

On October 1, The United Kingdom anti-age discrimination law goes into effect. No jobs are exempt except the armed forces. What is bizarre about this law is that if a company already has a pension policy in place with an age 60 payout, an employee can continue to work until age 65 while at the same time receiving a pension.
