Claims Against Enron's Ken Lay's Estate



A $12 million settlement proposed by the Labor Department against the estate of Kenneth Lay, former head of Enron Corporation, with regards to claims for losses in the company's pension funds. Funds recovered would go to employees who were covered the the pension plan.
