What's this about an Amero, to Compete with the Euro Currency?

There is a video on YouTube which replays a segment from CNBC in which there is a discussion about the Amero, a currency that would combine the Canadian Dollar, the American Dollar, and the Mexican Peso, all into one North American currency. This would be the currency of the North American Community (North American Union). The CNBC interview was with Steve Previs, a senior vice president with Jefferies International Limited.

How to you get those P/E values? I usually look at Yahoo's listings which show no P/E for NSANY, for example.
