A customer in Virginia was so upset with the lack of customer service from Comcast (CMCSA) (CMCSK), that she went after them with a hammer, a real hammer!!!
hasn't anyone noticed that the recent roll out of "anti-file sharing" new email new interface software on comcast has left large proportions of the customers without email at all....or in some cases I know of even basic cable...
You call and get "Management is aware of the problem"
Is this some sort of dirty little secret that the media doesn't want to talk about.
