re: your wonderful list of monthly income producing stocks

I'm anxious to put together a list that is global in representation which covers reits, income trusts, preferreds, and bonds/debt. CEFs and stocks are wanted, not oef's.
Your list is a great start. If I may inlist your services further....is there a resource that you would suggest that I start examining to meet this need? My goal is start with a large universe and then rank. Relative strength (alpha) is what I will do, and another individual will apply qualitative judgment. thanks!
An income strategy is new to me. As a reality test may I suggest a concept and if you feel inclined please free to critique. My thought is to apply relative strength ranking to income stocks just as I do (fairly successfully) to etfs and some stock groups. Hopefully, the income tickers with the best momentum will continue to appreciate and I will be rotating out if price decline is too great. Perhaps I will use two groups: one with moderate yield and one with higher yield. This will be done in a self directed ira. The older I get the more I think that I need income to reduce volatility of the total account. Thanks and looking forward to a possible spreadsheet.

This would be a major project. Just coming up with the list of monthly dividend payers and updating and checking the yields is a several week process.
On my next update, I may post the list as a spreadsheet so that anyone can take the data and change or add to it the way that they want.
