Congressmen Trade on Inside Information according to Report
According to a report by Law professor Stephen Bainbridge, US congressmen appear to have been stock trading on non-public information, and probably will never be prosecuted. According to another report, the 1990s, US senators outperformed the stock market by 12%!!!
