Enron's Lay didn't have a Snowball's Chance in Hell

According to a recent blog in WSJ.com Law Blog site, written by Peter Lattman (an excellent business oriented blog site by the way), jury consultants said that Ken Lay and Jeff Skilling didn't have any chance whatsoever in winning the Enron case. They should have settled.
