Microsoft Suing for Typosquatting

Microsoft (MSFT) is suing Red Register, a domain name registrar, for typosquatting. Typosquatting is the practice of registering domains which are very similar to or misspellings of trademarked names. The typosquatters then post advertising on the resulting pages for which they receive advertising income. Red Register owns windowslivecare.com, msnmesnger.com, and ageofmathology.com.

Author owns MSFT.
