An Invention to Get People to Shut Up

Have you even been in a movie theater where people keep talking through the film? Now, Japanese Scientists have come up with an invention that will cause people to stop talking. It works on the theory that if people hear what they are saying 0.2 seconds after they say it, they won't be able to keep talking.

This device would also be useful for meetings, classrooms, and libraries.
