Be careful with pink sheets...they are very risky so you have to do your homework on the company. I would recommend starting with the report i linked and then googling the company.

Pink sheets are not speculative, they are just a way of trading, and sometimes it is the only way to buy a foreign stock. Enron and New Century Financial were NYSE stocks. Now where are they?
L'Oreal Co. ADR (LRLCY.PK), based in Paris, France, is the largest cosmetics company in the world and it trades on the pink sheets. Here are some other pink sheet stocks:
London Stock Exchange (LDNXF.PK)
Toronto Stock Exchange (TSXPF.PK)
Frankfurt Stock Exchange (DBOEF.PK)
Heineken (HINKY.PK)
Vivendi (VIVEF.PK)
etc., etc.
