NYSE and NASDAQ will be Open Columbus Day Oct 12

The New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ will be Open Columbus Day on October 12, 2009. However, Thursday, November 26, the markets will be closed for Thanksgiving and Friday, December 25, the markets will be closed for Christmas. Also, on Friday, November 27, 2009, the NASDAQ and the NYSE will close early at 1:00pm EST. Same for Christmas Eve, December 24, 2009.
